The main bathroom has a bathtub with shower.The master bedroom with the adjoining child's room have French doors opening to the back patio. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with stall shower. The house is approximately 1500 square feet, the parking garage is for 1 car and one car can stay in the driveway.You can reach San Francisco in 20-30 minutes by car or public transportation, and the village of Montclair, with its cafes, shops and a Sunday farmers' market, is only a 2-minute drive or a 20-minute (hilly) walk from our house. Berkeley, with its great university and wonderful restaurants, is only a 10-minute drive. The first and last month of rent is required.
