A room will be available for month to month rent in our spacious, clean and curated Oakland hills house in May. The room is 12' x 12' with a full attached bathroom and 4.5' x 4.5' walk in closet. About the house: Our home is a whopping 4 stories with an elevator. It was built in 2013. 1st floor- garage and two storage rooms (dedicated storage space for each roommate) 2nd floor-the available bedroom, a massive shared workspace with ample room for your wfh setup or creative corner if needed, and movie theater 3rd floor- kitchen and walk-in pantry (fridge and pantry section for each roommate), guest bathroom, dining room, two living rooms, two patios, backyard with a little garden 4th floor- 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, master bedroom, and laundry room Location: The house is a straight shot from the highway 13 Thornhill exit, it takes only 6 minutes to and from the freeway. We are only 10 minutes from downtown Oakland. We feel tucked into the woods and far from the hustle and bustle (and crime) without having to drive 15 minutes up narrow winding roads. Monthly rent is $1,300 (additional rent for couple) + deposit and monthly utilities averaging about $40
