E.L.F. Sales Coordinator
The e.l.f. Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving smooth, efficient operations across our commercial organization. In this customer-focused role, you'll partner closely with Account Managers to own the daily administration of major national accountsmanaging tasks, timelines, and deliverables with precision. You'll serve as a connector between sales and cross-functional partners (e.g., operations, finance, marketing), ensuring information flows seamlessly, issues are resolved quickly, and commitments are met. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-obsessed, bringing rigor to processes, consistency to execution, and a unified view of sales performance across channels. Your work will elevate customer experiences, reduce operational friction, and enable commercial excellence at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales leads with operations and administrative support.
- Coordinate retailer meetings and line reviews end-to-end, including venue/room booking, tech setup, catering, and brand-right room dcor. Work in collaboration with the Account Managers and Account Specialists.
- Manage Monthly Sales Team agenda, notes and follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting materials (agendas, sell-in decks, samples, etc) and capture action items, owners, and timelines to drive follow-through.
- Support teams with upcoming launches; complete Item and Product Setup Forms across retailer portals with precision and on-time delivery.
- Plan and execute ordering of GWPs and samples across channels, aggregating needs, timelines and executional logistics.
- Establish and maintain a structured documentation system for POG variations, space changes and competitive views across channels.
- Establish and maintain competitive activity across top accounts (innovation, pricing, space, etc).
- Own retailer and vendor contract administrationfrom intake and review through execution, amendments, and archivalensuring compliance with terms and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Independent, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and operate effectively within team environments.
- Minimal travel required.
- Move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.
- Operate a computer and standard office equipment regularly.
- Communicate clearly and exchange accurate information with others.
$25 - $30 an hour
The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
