Management and Program Analyst (TeamMate Coordinator)

Being a Management and Program Analyst makes you a valuable member of the OIG, Office of Audits. You will serves as the OIG-wide TeamMate Coordinator and Program Manager for users geographically dispersed throughout the various OIG program offices using the electronic work paper repository. Typical assignments include:
Developing long and short term strategies for maximizing the efficient use of the program by all audit offices. Providing customer support for identifying problems, and developing and implementing adequate solutions. Developing, integrating, and interpreting policies, procedures, and technical strategies governing the deployment of TeamMate throughout the OIG. Working closely with TeamMate Champions, providing support on matters related to tutorials for users, addressing complex issues, and attending team meetings. Developing and implementing TeamMate training courses to OIG staff.
Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level performing duties such as:
providing technical expertise in the administration of a work paper management system for an audit agency; 2) developing policy and guidance, operating procedures and training for a work paper management system; 3) providing customer support to ensure prompt resolution and tracking of questions and problems related to a work paper management system; OR 4) evaluating requirements of a work paper management system and implementing solutions to address issues that impact users. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. The qualification requirements listed above must be met by The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) must authorize employment offers made to current or former political appointees. If you are currently, or have been within the last 5 years, a political Schedule A, Schedule C, Non-career SES or Presidential Appointee employee in the Executive Branch, you must disclose this information to the Human Resources Office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
