Job Description:
We are looking for a self-starter Principal Software engineer with impressive leadership skills and excellent technical chops to help us build our Next Gen application suite to enhance our user identity management, authentication and authorization systems.
Along with writing quality code, you will be responsible for designing and architecting feature rich applications, while working collaboratively with cross-functional team of product managers, enterprise architects, security engineers, developers and Automation Engineers on our agile team.
Lead the charge, communicate with customers and deliver a feature rich, secure & high performing application suite implementing identity management features that are consumed by diverse front-end clients to create awesome customer experience.
Design, develop and maintain responsive web applications providing awesome user experiences on desktop and mobile devices.
This is a Hands-on development' role to write highest quality code with utmost attention to scalability, security and performance.
Your primary focus will be Architecting and developing all server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by UI Developers into the application.
You will work and collaborate with cross-functional team of product managers, UX designers, architects, developers and automation engineers on our agile team.
Demonstrate that you've built outstanding consumer websites from concept to launch.
Continuous learning to stay current with the changing JavaScript ecosystem landscape.

Skills/
Experience:
Strong Java Development.
Great understanding and implementation experience in the IAM application space ( not IAM product experience).
OAuth, Authentication, Authorization, SAML.
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
Extensive experience (7
years) with building applications and solutions in the Identity management space.
Excellent understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege and segregation of duties access control concepts.
Extensive experience in enterprise Java programming environment and frameworks (MVC), including J2EE, JDBC, Spring, Servlets & Struts.
Strong experience in Java and Restful API Design and Development is a must.
Expertise in implementing scalable, reliable and highly available solutions in a distributed environment.
Strong experience in building application security solutions (like social logins) using standards like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, WS-Security.
Experience building application solutions (user registration, forgot username/password etc.
) by integrating with Multi-Factor and Adaptive Authentication solutions is a big plus.
Experience building solutions by integrating with Federation and Web Access Management platforms is a plus.
Demonstrated experience leading the troubleshooting and solving issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Strong Experience with Scrum, Agile Process, Unit Testing using Test Driven Development.
Developed and deployed applications on AWS or private cloud.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Great business acumen with a passion to solve for the customer.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
