Bayside Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Associate.

The Desktop Support Associate will be supporting C-level executives. Duties will likely include:
answering incoming service calls, setup of workstations and computers, webcast setup, and troubleshooting/resolving IT problems.
Bayside Solutions is looking for someone with good troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge required to perform the position duties.
