The role is an ISSUE, RISK, CHANGE REQUEST Lead.

Under the direction of the PMO Manager, the Issue, Risk and Change Request Lead will manage, track, and facilitate the resolution of Risks, Issues, and Change Requests identified by project affiliated locations. This includes acquiring resources, managing the efforts of team members, routing and tracking Issues, Risks, and Change requests, and overseeing quality control through the lifecycle of each. The Risk, Issue, and Change Request Lead may also be involved in business analysis, meeting facilitation, requirements gathering, and other analytical tasks related to the project.
Requirements include the ability to manage multiple priorities, Project Management experience and SharePoint/Microsoft Office Knowledge. Must have previous experience in one or more of the following areas of Issue, Risk or Change Request Management: Experience using JIRA; Familiar with PeopleSoft applications; Previous experience in Higher Education and Project management certifications

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
