The Litigation Secretary will be responsible for substantive legal work including drafting and formatting complex motions and pleadings and filing/e-filing with the state and federal courts. The person in this role should have recent e-filing experience and exceptional word processing abilities including formatting TOA/TOC. The Litigation Secretary will also be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys including managing calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses, entering attorney time, and assisting with client billing.

Salary to 82K.
