Our client is a prestigious and very well known California firm that has litigated and won against some of the largest international firms in the industry. They treat their employees with respect as professionals and as human beings with lives outside work. Our client is searching for an experienced Paralegal Manager.
The Paralegal Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Firm?s paralegals, including work assignments, performance, and professional growth. The Paralegal Manager will have a small billable requirement. The Manager will be the voice of the Paralegal staff to Human Resources and all other firm departments. This position will track and approve Paralegal expenses, and assist in producing the yearly Paralegal budget.

years of law firm experience required. A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required. Current experience as a Litigation Paralegal is mandatory. Strong eDiscovery experience is needed. Trial experience is a plus.
Salary to: 120K
P3Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
