Service Now CMDB is being deployed.
The BSA will gather requirements, work with others for implementation, and facilitate the population of CIs to support the identified services.
In addition, attributes or relationships of Service Assets and CIs will be created and CIs maintained. ITILv3 Certification (Foundation).
At least 1 year demonstrated success in either implementing CMDB/CMS or working on a CMDB/CMS implementation.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and experience applying these skills to resolve CMDB/CMS concerns and issues.
At least 1 year experience using ServiceNow CMDB.
Understanding of the SACM process or a related Service Asset process.
Experience working on projects as a SACM resource.
Ability to communicate technical issues/limitations to a non-technical audience.
Proven strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with multi-functional/cross-functional teams and varying levels of management. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
