Fulfillment Associate
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible in sourcing ordered products using the IONS (Inventory Order Network System) in a timely manner. The Fulfillment Associate also uses experience, knowledge and history to find product as quickly as possible along with cross training support in
order processing, the till room, chase (mail), and front desk customer service.
Duties:
Respond to telephone and email order requests
Sort IONS lines daily
Follow up on delayed orders (validating IONS to completion)
Maintain communication with sales team (email and phone)
Contact the supplier for order verifications
Prepare for inventory counts
Track replenishment
Support/drive for 24 hour processing turn around.
Basic Qualifications for Associate position:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
Must be willing and able to work all shifts
Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
Must be able to read and take direction in English
Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
