We're growing fast, and could use help on the phones, getting and keeping our office in shape and helping our customers so that we don't miss a single step of our outstanding customer service. We're looking for a top-notch receptionist and admin with bilingual skills to keep things moving along without skipping a beat.

The Role:
You'll start off by coming in 12 hours a week, and we anticipate needing you more before very long, up to full time. You'll use your flawless people skills to assist customers, set up and confirm appointments, and greet clients. You'll get us organized and order supplies when needed. You'll also use your excellent Spanish skills to translate as needed with clients.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Has six months+ of experience as a receptionist (who can take detailed messages)
Speaks with native-level Spanish-English fluency
Maintains a positive and upbeat attitude
Has overall pleasant, friendly people-facing skills
Is one of those naturally organized people who is great at keeping things tidy
Can work M-Th 4pm-7pm with other times on occasion

Bonus Points For:
Previous work in the legal field (double extra bonus points for family law)
Familiarity with the Court system (again, double extra bonus points for family law)
Fluency in written Spanish

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
