Master's degree, preferably in a related field
Demonstrated evidence of success in working directly with senior-level executives and decision-makers; and managing disparate priorities among several constituencies
Experience with budget planning, implementation and management
Demonstrated experience with the development and implementation of research projects involving primary and secondary data collection and analysis
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing learning agendas using digital/online platforms using synchronous and asynchronous learning
Demonstrated experience in managing, analyzing, and using data to frame discussions and guide decision making
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relations
Ability and willingness to travel up to 35%Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
