The ideal individual would have 7
years of experience in the management of payroll operations from start to finish to include weekly payrolls, employee pay changes/updates, bonuses, commissions, expense reimbursements, workmans compensation, unemployment, benefits, PTO, 401K, SOX and stock options for 40 US States; 400 employees in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities will include providing turnkey operations and management of the weekly, quarterly and annual payroll process, as well as, overseeing all systems, data processing, reporting, calculations, registrations, filings and overseeing all federal and state laws / regulations for compliance. Candidates must have experience with ADP Workforce Now, PayWorks Software and strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional / international payroll requirements.
Requires a Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. CPP Certification desired. Candidates with previous experience in FDAs Quality Systems Regulations to plus to consideration.
