The Sr. PeopleSoft Business Analyst provides functional application expertise for various PeopleSoft Modules (HR, Benefits Administration, Profile Management, Candidate Gateway, Performance Management, and Position Management).
This position will provide leadership for reviewing business requirements for data conversion at each of the university locations and solution designs to ensure that cross-functional teams fully understand the impact of decisions made during requirements gathering.
The Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, confirm setup and configuration, review technical specifications, and may conduct and facilitate design sessions.

years of PeopleSoft HCM Functional design experience Previous experience with at least 1 full-life cycle
PeopleSoft implementation as a functional team member and/or team lead.
Previous experience with at least one, preferably two full-life cycles
PeopleSoft upgrades as a functional team member and/or team lead.
Experience in the health care or university setting is a plus.
Familiarity with technology and business use of technology is a necessity in order to provide direction for business processes and product enhancements.
Candidate(s) must be highly analytical with demonstrated experience in critical thinking and analytical problem solving.
Duties include conversion requirements gathering, business process analysis, system testing as well as translating business requirements into functional requirements and/or technical specifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience with PeopleSoft HRMSEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
