Purpose and Description:
Looking for project coordinator who can do anything from meeting set up to consolidating project plans.
I need a go-getter who can support multiple project managers for a variety of needs.
This person could also run some individual work streams within a project, but only when ready to do so.
Daily
Responsibilities:
Support of multiple project managers
Listening to meetings and taking minutes
Coordinating meetings
Updating project plans
Helping the PMO director with other items as assigned
Helping with Work Flows
Updating RAID logs, Sharepoint sites, etc.
Experience Level:
6
years of direct relevant experience.
Education:
BA or BS
Required Experience and skills:
Expert knowledge of MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
