Purpose and Description:
Working knowledge of define contributions 401k 403b and Plan b Candidates also need to have basic working knowledge of ERISA guideline as it relates to define contributions
General administration of multiple Defined Contribution plans
Analyze error reports and resolve issues using a PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system
Analyze and resolve individual participant issues
Respond to record keeper data requests
Provide data analysis and resolution as needed
Essential Functions:
Research and resolve errors reported on a weekly basis before next pay cycle runs
Run scheduled queries, analyze results and provide information to record keeper
Research and resolve individual participant issues using the PeopleSoft Case Management system within a 3-day Service Level Agreement
Review data requests from record keeper, research and provide appropriate data on a daily basis
Provide general analysis of DC-related data via Excel spreadsheets as needed
Provide accurate DC-related data entry support as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
Advanced reading skills and basic math skills required
Minimum 5 years experience
Strong customer orientation
Strong Excel - Must be able to perform V-Look up
Strong Analysis for resolving participant data issues
Demonstrated experience navigating Windows-based Human Resources information systems required
Bachelor's degree or some college level course-work preferred
PeopleSoft experience is nice to have
Proficiency in Lotus Notes or MS Outlook preferred
Skills to be Successful in this Role:
Ability to work with a time sensitive schedule of activities
High degree of flexibility required to respond to changing priorities
Must adhere to client confidentiality rules, requirements & guidelines
Must be able to work in a Labor / Management Partnership environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
