Scope of the project: There are several projects that support the Care Management Institute Preventive Health and Wellness and Integrated Behavioral Health initiatives.

Responsibilities: 1) Extract, manipulate, and clean data to be used in producing metrics and analyses
2) Analyzes, summarizes, and validates data
3) Works in collaboration with Analytic Consultant to produce clinical performance metrics and analyses on agreed-upon timelines
4) Compiles and reports Regional performance data
5) Deliver metrics and analytic results using custom reports or automated reporting tools
Stage of the project: Projects are in varying stages (a couple of projects are in the middle of development and there will be programming enhancements that need to be made based on feedback and there may be a couple of new projects at the beginning stage).

Desired skills: 1) Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
2) Proficient in SQL programming skills (preferably Oracle), experience working with large
datamarts, and interfacing with SAS applications
3) Solid experience in SAS programming including macros and statistical procedures
4) Experience with analytical manipulation and interpretation of large databases
5) Strong problem solving ability
6) Exceptional analytic, technical, and critical thinking skills and attention to detail required
7) Microsoft Office skills required

2) Ability to multi-task and set priorities and work within a team
