Production Supervisor ******Food Manufacturing**********
We are seeking several Production Supervisors for multiple Food Manufacturing Plants.
Our Production Supervisors will be overseeing a team of 20-30 production associates.
The positions oversee day-to-day production activities as well as engaging in projects centered on process and production improvement.
The positions have a very high potential for rapid growth opportunities for driven individuals. Position reports to the Plant Superintendent.
MUST be open to relocating PAID RELOCATION INCLUDED
MUST be open to 2nd or 3rd SHIFT
Requirements:
4-yr Degree Preferred
o 1 year of Production Management experience or prior Internship considered
o 4 year Degree, offsetting experience up to 5 years will be considered
o Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary: 53-57K plus bonus and Profit Sharing
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
