Purpose and Description:
Responsible for delivering effective, proactive and responsive recruitment/workforce management consultative services (to include workforce planning, career services, retention strategies, recruitment and diversity) to hiring managers, which result in the best match, of the most qualified candidates for assigned specialty positions (licensed technical/professional, management/exempt, business/finance).
Performs critical role in delivery, education and compliance for organization wide in placement and retention.
Supports delivery of talent management strategies that facilitate opportunities for growth and development.
Works in collaboration with the workforce planning consultant to building effective workforce management strategies that ensure a qualified, ready candidate pool.
May be assigned team-leading responsibility in a specific geographic area.
Typically work focuses on a specific service line at the sub-regional/regional level (across broad geographic areas).
Responsible for supervision of Recruitment Coordinator II supporting service line.

Essential Functions:
Able to quickly build relationships and establish trust with leaders, hiring managers, colleagues and candidates.
Broad general knowledge of HR concepts, and processes and their interdependencies.
Demonstrate networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing candidates.
Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment processes (candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, candidate assessment and interview, and matching position to best candidate background).
Demonstrated knowledge of governmental regulations, court decisions and professional standards and practices related to EEO/AA, legalities and ethics of recruitment, and job analysis.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
