Vanir CM has a unique opportunity for a talented individual to assist in the continued growth of our organization. The position of Senior Construction Manager located in Oakland, California will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to ensure intelligent solutions and quality services to the Healthcare market segment of our organization. As a Vanir employee you will be a vital member solving complex design, construction, and operational issues with a maintained focus on customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates must have 15
years experience in construction management working on large OSHPD Healthcare projects and/or programs.
Experience with construction management processes, means, and methods is required.
Must be able to collaborate with both internal and external clients, stakeholders, and physicians.
Ideal candidates will understand project delivery, time management, and how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions.
Good communication, writing, and computer skills are essential.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related degree is preferred.
