Provides system support to contract recruiter Thorough use of company's applicant tracking system (Taleo) Ensures accuracy and confidentiality in hiring processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience in Human Resources Department Experience in automated applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Taleo Very skilled in dealing with confidential information and change management Experience with collective bargaining agreements as it relates to recruitment and selection General knowledge of HR concepts, processes and their inter-dependencies Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Customer-focused Flexibility and adaptability to change and ambiguous situations Ability to quickly establish relationships with clients
Health Screen required as part of onboarding processEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
