Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Previous hands on general maintenance experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
- Able to work a flexible schedule
Duties:
- Preparing vacant apartments for new residents
- Performing routine and emergency maintenance
- Assisting with other tasks as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
