The candidate will provide support to multiple attorneys in all phases of patent prosecution. Primary responsibilities include: filing and prosecution of patent applications through issuance; producing correspondence, reports, typing memoranda and Legal documents from dictation, maintaining attorney dockets, composing drafts from handwritten or oral instructions and other projects as assigned. Maintaining US Patent Prosecution case files.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
