LHH is partnering with a dynamic and thriving firm located in Downtown Oakland, committed to delivering exceptional legal services, in seeking a Reception/Administrative Assistant to join their team.



Responsibilities:


  • Front Desk Operations:
    Greet clients, manage calls, and direct inquiries.

  • Mail Handling:
    Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail promptly.

  • Scanning and Copying:
    Assist with organized document scanning, copying, and filing.

  • Time Entry:
    Accurately record and input time data into relevant systems.

  • General Administrative Tasks:
    Refill copiers, monitor supplies, and maintain common areas.

  • Learning and Growth:
    Embrace new challenges for professional development in the legal field.


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior admin experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in basic computer skills and office equipment.

  • Ability to multitask efficiently with a positive and adaptable attitude.


Pay Details:
$24.00 to $26.00 per hour

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
