Position:
Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Healthcare Pay Per Visit:
$75-90 per visit Qualifications and Skills:
CA PTA License Drivers License AHA CPR certification At least One Year Experience in an Acute Setting
Responsibilities:
Provides direct physical therapy according to directions of Physical Therapist and in accordance with the Physician's plan of care Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments, modalities and procedures as stated in the physical therapy plan of care.
Maintains necessary records; clinical notes and conference notes, which will be incorporated into the patient's clinical record in prescribed time frames.
Instructs patients in care and use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic or orthotic devices Currently recruiting for the following areas/counties:
San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, and Santa Clara.
