Square Pie Guys is a renowned Detroit-style pizzeria recognized for its award-winning food and service, including SF Chronicle's Top 88 Restaurants.
As a Front Of House team member, your role will primarily involve efficiently managing all to-go and dine-in orders for our guests and coordinating with delivery drivers from our partners.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our guests, enriching their dine-in experience.
This job requires you to collaborate with your team and be an effective communicator amongst your team members, managers, and guests.
During slower shifts, one individual may manage this role; however, on busier evenings, the team may consist of 3-4 individuals working alongside you.
FOH/To Go/ Bags/Cashier Maintain a clean and tidy station in the most visible part of our restaurant Pull and organize printed to go receipts from the printer, use posted materials as guidance for labeling Pull and pour to go and dine in beverages as needed Maintain a clean and sanitary station for to go beverages Restock all beverage program items, including changing kegs and gas canister as needed Work with dishwasher team to keep trash stations emptied and tidy at all times Build pizza boxes, cut pizza liners, Make to-go items as needed Restock dough and other prep items for pizza cooks as needed Cashier- take orders on handheld and responsible for cash registers Front facing and lots of guest interaction Indoor/outdoor cleaning TIPS/Food Handlers certification Running food for all dine in and dine out orders Ideal Candidate Has some restaurant experience, but not necessary.
