Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to the appropriate department - Handle guest requests and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution - Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments - Problem-solving skills to effectively resolve guest issues or complaints This position requires a high level of guest relations skills as well as proficiency in using phone systems.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, answering phone calls, and assisting with guest requests.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
