Position:
Front Counter Server Job
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile as they enter the shop.
Take customer orders for burgers, ice creams, beverages, and other menu items with precision and attention to detail.
Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Efficiently process payments through the POS system, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Assemble and prepare ice cream treats according to Lana's signature recipes.
Ensure all orders are served promptly and with consistent quality.
Maintain a clean and organized front counter area, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting space for customers.
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
Communicate and coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
Uphold Lana's standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.
We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills to handle busy periods and ensure efficient service.
