Each day, you will provide technical expertise, interact with clients, and work as a team member in completing bridge and transportation projects.
You should be a self-motivated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering and a minimum of 25 years of post-graduate experience in the transportation market.
You should bring strong client relationships, have great communication skills, exhibit excellent technical expertise in bridge design/construction with the ability to lead teams, be able to manage bridge projects effectively, and have a desire to continue personally/professional growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Our Bridge Engineers:
Serve in a lead technical role on a variety of bridge and transportation projectsLead successful delivery of high-quality projects within budget and on scheduleEffectively collaborate with others and lead transportation and bridge teams in all aspects of bridge analysis and design, from conceptual planning and preliminary design to final design and constructionIdentify creative and innovative engineering solutions based on client, project, and site constraintsProvide senior technical guidance and oversight, and perform quality reviews of work by othersDevelop plans, specifications, cost estimates, and final bid packages for bridges and other transportation projectsEffectively deliver bridge and transportation projects as the project managerLeverage your strong portfolio of client connections to support marketing activities to procure new opportunitiesDemonstrate leadership by organizing and actively participating in technical development and other networking activities both internally and externallyHave strong written and oral communication skills and a team-oriented attitudeHere's what you'll need:
