years in a management role within the hospitality industry Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and employee scheduling Ability to plan, prioritize and delegate workload in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sound judgment and superior decision-making skills Ability to work a flexible work schedule to meet business demands, including weekends nights and holidays Experience overseeing a union workforce preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
