Manage timelines associated with customer applications processing for Specialty Backup Meter Requests (including application review, processing, status updates and installation scheduling for priority customers).
Tracks and maintains weekly application status and volumes.
Support Project Manager and team in planning and implementing Email based customer recruitment Communication initiatives.
Support Manager and team in compiling and delivering estimates, budget forecasts for projects, invoice monitoring and metrics reporting to Upper management.
Employ department best practices for ongoing assignments.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and client service skills Strategic thinking Strong analytical skills Ability to work in a flexible, team environment, which is a collection of various soft/hard technical disciplines, stakeholders and contractors.
Work with minimal supervision; deal with aggressive deadlines and changing requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Presentation Skills - Power Point Process Improvement Resourcefulness Written Communication Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree
