High School Diploma or GED Valid California Guard Card Working Phone and reliable transportation Basic computer skills needed We conduct, criminal background, employment, and personal reference checks.
Flexible schedules as Flex-officers available Description of Duties Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders.
Ensure buildings are closed and secured after hours to prevent unauthorized entry.
Respond to security related complaints and ensure proper documentation is completed as required.
Maintain and submit electronic Incident and Maintenance reports.
Reports must be clear and submitted each shift.
Work under general supervision of Site Supervisor, Quality Control Manager and Client Manager.
Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional demeanor at all times.
Maintain professional communication with visitors, building tenants, and co-workers.
Remain alert and vigilant while on duty Assist other officers in a team oriented We look for people with a positive attitude and are willing to go the extra mile and have the initiative to keep learning new tasks.
You must be able to communicate well with team members and clients.
Candidates must be able to provide excellent customer service and assist in leading the company with improving the overall experience.
