Monitoring the premises:
You will need to regularly patrol the building every hour, observing and monitoring for any suspicious activity, signs of theft, or unauthorized access.
Controlling access:
You may need to check the identification of visitors, guests, and residents, and ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed into the building.
Responding to emergencies:
You will be responsible for responding quickly to any emergencies that may occur in the building, such as fire, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
Maintaining security:
You will be responsible for ensuring that the building remains secure at all times, including checking and securing all entry and exit points.
Providing customer service:
You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, and as such, you will need to provide excellent customer service, answering questions and providing general information about the building.
Report writing:
You will need to maintain detailed records of any incidents or suspicious activity that you observe while on duty.
This includes writing reports and documenting any incidents that occur during your shift.
Overall, as an unarmed security guard for Alpha Patrol Security Services in a sixth-story residential building, your primary responsibility will be to provide a visible security presence and act as a deterrent to potential threats while ensuring the safety and security of the residents and visitors in the building.
